the breakfast was subpar it included cereals cold ham and cheese for breakfast i thought that was weird if i wanted eggs i had to pay extra this was a disappointment the refund was never received after i had left the hotel

The location was superb. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. the room itself featured large windows that let in lots of light. This detail was especially charming. the breakfast offered sufficient choices to start my days well.
I encountered some difficulty connecting to the wifi at certain times. This was slightly inconvenient.

The location was decent. It was relatively close to popular attractions.
My husband got stuck, and the staff seemed unconcerned and even tried to blame him! then, there was the breakfast. I requested the breakfast fee be removed due to its poor quality, they agreed but only refunded 50% of the agreed amount weeks later. this felt unprofessional and frustrating.

The hotel has a very central location near many attractions. The breakfast offered a large selection of food each morning. The room had quiet and comfortable surroundings. I also found the bedroom to be relaxing.
During check-in, I experienced some coldness from one staff member. It reminded me of I was being looked up and down. The front desk's response lacked concern.
