mixed feelings about my stay
cold ham breakfast refund
the location was great it was easy to reach everything i wanted
the breakfast was subpar it included cereals cold ham and cheese for breakfast i thought that was weird if i wanted eggs i had to pay extra this was a disappointment the refund was never received after i had left the hotel

excellent location large windows sufficient choices
The location was superb. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. the room itself featured large windows that let in lots of light. This detail was especially charming. the breakfast offered sufficient choices to start my days well.
I encountered some difficulty connecting to the wifi at certain times. This was slightly inconvenient.

perfect location professional staff comfortable room fresh breakfast
The location was perfect! It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff was unbelievably nice. They were very professional and cute. The rooms exuded both comfort and elegance. I found everything new. Breakfast offered fresh fruit and bread!

The room was spacious. The bathroom included two sinks. The staff was helpful in securing a taxi. Breakfast included delicious food. It was nice to start the day with such good options and friendly faces. I found the location a convenient base. I could easily walk to many attractions.

central location large selection staff coldness lacked concern
The hotel has a very central location near many attractions. The breakfast offered a large selection of food each morning. The room had quiet and comfortable surroundings. I also found the bedroom to be relaxing.
During check-in, I experienced some coldness from one staff member. It seemed like I was being looked up and down. One morning, I found myself stuck in the elevator. The front desk's response lacked concern.
